Premier B2B Publisher is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to add to our team. The successful candidate will be expected to manage all matters relating to the office. Qualified candidates must exhibit excellence and be able to mult-task in a fast-paced organization.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Manage all mail that comes into the office and distribute to the appropriate parties along with managing the general information email in-box on a daily basis
Support existing sales team with daily operations to ensure they are functioning seamlessly
Must be able to work according to strict deadlines in accordance with compliance
Strengthen customer relations by providing personal and individual attention to all clients
Responsible for handling disputes for all merchant accounts in a timely manner
Responsible for membership cancellations and ensuring that commissions are accurately calculated and recorded for payroll in Excel
General office maintenance and responsibilities such as: ordering supplies, managing all external vendors, maintaining a positive employee climate, and acting as a liaison between Upper Management and all other company employees
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
Must be able to work according to strict deadlines in accordance with compliance
Must be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment
Must be proficient with MS Word and MS Excel, Internet, and Outlook
Detail oriented, strong problem solver and proven ability to find creative solutions to unexpected events/issues
